IDAL's Services

Empowered by the Investment Development Law 360, IDAL offers to-date a broad and comprehensive investment services platform focusing on solution-oriented investment promotion, facilitation and aftercare services to ensure that investors have all the support required to establish or expand their operations in Lebanon.
IDAL's scope of services is as follows:
One-Stop-Shop
Tailored services facilitating the registration and issuance of permits and licenses required for investment projects in key economic sectors – agriculture, agro food, industry, information and communication technology, media and tourism and meeting the set criteria stipulated by the Investment Development Law. The one-stop-shop is designed to streamline and simplify the issuance of permits and licenses required for projects and provide investors with a single point of contact for all dealings with the Lebanese government, thus eliminating bureaucracy and red tape.

Investment Projects: Mix of incentives, tax exemptions and fee reductions granted for investment projects based on an investment classification zoning system devised to ensure regional equality across Lebanon.

Package Deal Contract: Broader range of incentives, tax exemptions and fee reductions for larger investment projects.
Export Plus
Program promoting the exports of fresh agricultural exports through providing technical assistance and support to Lebanese farmers and exporters, sponsoring quality control and assisting in the development of new export markets.
Business Matching Service
Service aimed at matching local and foreign investors seeking business opportunities in Lebanon with local entrepreneurs. Through Business Matching Service, IDAL provides an online forum for local and foreign businesses to locate potential joint venture partners and strategic allies for their projects in Lebanon.
Agro Market Access Program (AGROMAP)
Protocol signed between IDAL and the Syndicate of Lebanese Agro Food Industrialists to promote the exports of local agro food industries through sponsoring their presence in leading local and international fairs and trade events.
