Service Description

Learn how to create White Carrara and Black Veined faux marble efficiently. Students will focus on mastering the fragments and veins of a black-and-white system without the distraction of introducing color to a marble. Students will create veined systems which can then be applied to other marbles. Students will create their samples ranging from simple to complex, to ensure beginners and professionals will benefit from the course. The curriculum will focus on large-scale panels and strips so that students can efficiently produce the technique on job site marble casings, doors, and baseboards. Pierre will review paint materials, prep, and job site applications, after which students will then spend the class on drills and painting their own samples with feedback from Pierre. To prepare for the class, we strongly recommend completing the online Faux Marble Veining Fundamentals Course with Pierre Finkelstein which will be available at a discounted price to all students prior to the class. A class kit will be available for purchase at a discounted price for students. Tools To Bring: A class kit will be available for purchase at a discounted price for students.
