If you’re interested in offering high-end finishes to your Posh clientele, this is the workshop for you. This workshop will introduce NEVER BEFORE SEEN Mica colors. Mica is a beautiful technique that can be installed almost everywhere. It's not Paint!! It's not Plaster!! Mica is thinly shaved pieces of rock. In this workshop, you will learn how to apply Mica to walls, ceilings, and canvas. Students will learn how to infuse diamond glass into mica finishes, fine crystals, plasters, and metallic glazes. Students will be given a How-To guide with specific installation instructions, including proper topcoats and protective coatings. Students will be creating gorgeous portfolio samples. This portfolio can be used to sell Mica to designers and clients. Mica is so stunning that your designers will be sure to select it for their projects, and your posh clients will be sure to love it in their homes. It's the perfect touch of opulence in any space! This training class will cover the following: • The installation of Mica on ceilings and walls. • You will learn how to qualify your clients over the phone to ensure that Mica is the appropriate technique for their home, office, or commercial space. • You'll learn how to prep and cover surfaces for your projects properly. • You'll create Mica samples to enhance your portfolio. • You will learn how to combine different mediums to custom tint Mica. • You will learn how to protect Mica using various topcoats.
