This class will explore how fractal geometry (no math involved) helps us to create more realistic abstract shapes and organic artwork. Many of the best and most profitable projects come from architects and designers. The challenge is to unravel the mystery of capturing their attention and developing loyal relationships with them. Ultimately, they can become your best sales tool. In this class, we will explore the mindset of a designer. You must understand what they do, how they think and what you can offer that is important to THEM. The goal is to be viewed as a member of their team instead of just another sub contractor. Once you know, you can break that barrier and become one of their most valuable resources. Topics to be covered include: • Where to find them, • The thought process of a designer, • Presenting with design savvy, • Billing, pricing and contracts, • Interesting tips, tricks and marketing tools, • Overcoming objections, • Small details that make a BIG impression.
